ABOUT US

Giuseppe and Enrica Paladino first came to America from Abruzzi, Italy in the mid 1960’s settling in The Bronx. After years of working in construction and the textile industries, they decided to embark on a new endeavor. In 1976, in The Bronx, the first Paladino’s Pizza shop was created named “The Pie Man.” To succeed, they knew our pizza had to be the best that could be made. Nothing less would do. It’s no coincidence that so many people refer to our thin-crust pizza as “New York style,” because The Bronx is where it all
began.

A few years later, they decided to make their roots in Central New York, and move to Liverpool. Within a short time they opened up the original “Paladino’s Pizza” location in Northern Lights Mall in 1980. As a small family operation, my parents and brothers all worked together to help build the dream of a successful business. We spent many long days, late nights, and even an occasional nap on a few sacks of flour, while perfecting our craft. As years passed and life dealt us various challenges; all along we have continued to expand our business and evolve with the times. In June of 2012, I made the decision to start the next chapter in our family tradition. With a great crew, and years of experience behind me, “Paladino’s Cicero Pizza” was born. Sourcing the best traditional ingredients, and working with our network spanning almost 5 decades, we strive to deliver the best product in the area. Since the beginning we have maintained a commitment to giving back to our community, supporting local businesses, and providing the best service possible.

None of this would be possible without the loyalty of our customers, many of whom have created their own traditions with us from the start.

Thank you,
Anthony Paladino
